Preparation deadline

Project materials are due by midnight Mountain Time 10 days before your session so our team has adequate time to evaluate your work and prepare to help you achieve your session goal. Materials received after the deadline will be reviewed in the order received, as preparation time permits. A complete advance review is not guaranteed. You may still attend, but feedback and session work will be based on the materials our team has been able to review. Late submission does not extend your session or change the nonrefundable payment policy. Requests to move to a later session remain subject to the existing rescheduling policy.

Payment and rescheduling

Payments are non-refundable. If circumstances prevent you from attending, you may move your work session to a later date.
